Upon the establishment of Citistore in 1989, we have successfully penetrated into several developed districts in the New Territories and Kowloon, including Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long, Ma On Shan, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Kok Tsui and Tuen Mun.

To keep abreast of the times, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tsuen Wan stores had renovated successively and entered diverse brands, widening the spectrum of products variety and the product mix. In view of the growing residential population in West New Territories, id:c specialty shop in Tuen Mun was revamped into Citistore in 2013 which mainly provides household products. In 2014, Yuen Long Store was renovated and further extended to 2/F KidS’quare, bringing all round infant and maternity items to customers. Tsuen Wan Store had also reconditioned in 2015 with largely broadened sales area in G/F, a number of renowned cosmetic brands were joined, giving customers more spacious shopping environment and choices.

CTBeatZ, a brand new platform that combines shopping and workshop experience into one, was established and opened in Tsuen Wan Store in 2016. With the concept of learning and growing up together with customers, CTBeatZ strives to share product information and interact with the public. Moreover, OnCitinet online shopping platform was newly introduced to provide simple and safe online shopping service, bringing the joy of having shopping autonomy to customers.

In 2017, Ma On Shan Store is renovated and re-divided to ease customers and create a highly comfortable shopping environment. A young fashion brand “CITIZEN’S EDIT” was firstly opened in Ma On Shan Store, providing apparels and accessories from Korean, Japanese, Thai and local fashion brands, linking up youngster’s life with fashion.
